Returns

We kindly ask that you notify us at support@studioaban.com of any return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period unless the item is already in transit with a trackable shipping link and the transit time exceeds 30 days.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging or in similar protective packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.


Important: Please note that returns and exchanges are made at your own risk and expense. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by you. If items arrive damaged, we are only able to offer a 50% refund.

For items not collected from the delivery location or refused upon delivery, a return shipment fee of €7.00 will be charged.


Defective or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, which is not the result of any content provided by you, we will gladly cover the costs of a replacement order. This includes cases of:

Damage to the delivered products

Errors in the quantity or type of products delivered

Quality issues with the delivered product


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at support@studioaban.com, and we will assist you further.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods at support@studioaban.com along with the following photos:
